NGC slab? Is that a scan? I see hardly any luster.

Scans, especially through a holder, don't work well when you want people to grade a coin.

AU-58 Slider. I see no luster so may have graded 55 or 60 depending on look in hand.

I think I see some wear on the hair over the ear, but I'd like to see a better picture of it to be sure.

Based on the first pictures, I was thinking it could grade MS-63 or 64. With the new pictures the coin still looks a 63 or 64 but there is a patch of scratches in the field near the chin that wasn't visible in the earlier pictures. I think it is likely it will be graded MS details because of the scratches.

Yes definitely AU58 based on some wear I see on the eagle's wing. Also there seems be something with the right wing that doesn't look right. The scratches on the chin would definitely warrant a details grade. So AU58 Details.
Rest in Peace

Beautiful reverse on the coin, and a shame about the scratches...Details grade if they are on the coin, MS 64 if they are on the holder...
