Is there anything special about the "Series 2004 A" $20 Bills?

Whats the deal with the A?
These are the only 2 with an "A" that I've come across in many $20 bills.

The "A" denotes the change of the Treasurer of the United States from Rosario Marin to Anna Escobedo Cabral. When there is a change in that office the series is incremented by a letter. ( for example: 2004-A, 2004-B...).
