I've never seen a large cent with a clip before and was wondering if this was in fact one . looks genuine to me but would like a second opinion . Thanks all !!

From the photos, it does look real to me as well.

Looks legit. I have an Edward VII large cent with a straight clip....

+1 to being legit. Not much, if any, Blakesley effect, but on a clip that small there won't often be.

wow is this neat or what, I recently bought a 1916 double straight clip, but I sent it back because I thought it wasn't genuine! Very nice to see an error from this early period!
