I don't think its a 4/4 but somethimg is definitly going on there.

The variety section in Charlton 66th Ed. doesn't make mention of a repunched 4/4. I'm no expert at all, but that's what it looks like to me: a repunched 4/4 to the south.

I can see doubling on 3 places on the 4 and one on the 7, good find.

I wish I knew what to call this...I want to list it on ebay but just want to make sure I have the proper description.

Yes there is also something going on with the 7 as well

It is 'Wrong Font Style 4/4' which is worth a bit more (about $50 to $75). At the back of Charlton 2012 66th edition they give all the silver dollar varieties. It is also called 1947 Pt.7 Rev.-005

Correction. I forgot that yours is a blunt 7. It sure looks like a Wrong Style Font but they are not noted for being in blunt 7's. Interesting.
