The mintage of the fractional Libertads is low (90,100 for the 1/20 in 1994) and they do have a premium. I would have jumped on it for that price, but I do like the Mexican coins. Even though 1994 was the third largest mintage for fractionals , if you call 90,000 large, these sets from the Banco de Mexico and Casa de Moneda bring in a bit of a premium.
