Uncleaned Lot - Missed Opportunity - Coin Community Forum

Biancasdad Pillar of the Community United States 1045 Posts	Posted 12/29/2013 02:51 am I have been on the ebay prowl for some uncleaned LBRs as I seem to have that cleaning "itch" again. IMO, most of the experienced sellers don't offer much in the way of value, just the leftovers crumbs that aren't worth the price. I saw this lot of 102 coins and noticed the seller only had 11 for feedback which always keeps many potential buyers away. Final price $99 plus $5 shipping, basically a dollar a coin. looks like a good value lot for that price. I couldn't quite console myself so I thought I'd post it here in hopes for a coin community group hug. Cheers, -Kurt PS. I picked up 30 once for $25 plus $5 shipping and they were already cleaned up ! While you didn't miss out on the bargain of the century I sympathize as I have done much the same thing before. If you are willing to take a gamble you can find some good deals because other people aren't interested in risking it.
