Hi, could this be a coin from Annam since it only features characters on one side and nothing on the other. Using an identify, I was able to come up with Sung - ninh - thong - bao, I am quite sure of the ninh thong bao but not the sung since none with sung cease to exist.

Actually, it's Chinese, from the Song Dynasty and the Chong Ning period of emperor Hui Zong (AD 1102-1106). The script is the very distinctive "slender gold" style, said to have been invented by the emperor himself. I assume this is an example of the larger 10-cash coin, rather than the smaller 1 cash, since for this period the larger ones are common. See examples on these zeno.ru pages.
