Well, I bought a $2 item from China. After 1 month, I contacted the seller who told me is sending me another one. If I can leave a positive feedback when receiving it I will, but don't know If I could leave a negative feedback after almost 2 months in case I don't receive it.

Anyway, I decided not open a case for $2. I think I should do it with more expensive transactions.

If you haven't received it and it's under 45 days you can start a case with pay pal and get your money back. You can then leave feedback at least to the effect that you got your money back. It's your 2 bucks. just get your refund and repurchase for another 45 day cycle.

looks like the ADVERTISING WORKED...for this seller..here we are...looking at it...this person is a T TOTAL TODDLER. I get the frustration but I think this is pure "hype" on purpose..ALMOST...almost genius. If they would have only spelled knife correctly. Darn;)

and to ponder it more..might even be a member of the forum for more ADVERTISING...
