essentially uncirculated, a friend got them from the bank and asked if I would like them. is there a value above $1100? that is what I am considering offering

Well, there would be value there yes. Being uncirculated or about uncirculated, and especially with being star notes, and especially with consecutive. Most consecutive stars are two to three bills total, not 10. (Or stacks of Fed sealed 100 one dollar bills)

The only down side: with hundreds being a large store of value in and of themselves, you're not going to be able to get that great of a premium on it. Your best bet, in my opinion, would be to sell each individually at maybe 130-140 and see if there are any takers. But, I don't think anyone would be willing to pay much over 1100 for the lot (being sold as a lot)
