The mint released the proof NCLT Falcon first and if one didn't carefully read the description "...Your 99.99% pure silver coin is a premium version of the silver bullion coin, struck in proof finish and rendered in exquisite detail...", well I'm sure you get the picture. If you were to collect only coins that did not develop milk spots, then you would be only collecting steel and copper and nickel. denco7 Pillar of the Community United States 2543 Posts	Posted 02/08/2014 10:05 am The first go round , people bought/collected these with the anticipation of getting these (bullion) graded and gathering a collection (rightly or wrongly) that was going to show well and appreciate in long term value. Since these will most definitely develop milk spots, and at the admission of the RCM, will never be anything more than bullion, It is going to be extremely interesting to see how these sell as compared to the first series.
