I was looking to get some teen coins today when I came across the 1916-d w/ unknown damage on rim twice and by head for $4 I figured why not its ugly..

But there was something about it that made me think it might be a error?

I am unsure whats going on could be post mint? I dont know enough to make those judgements yet?
