If you're going to nitpick about varieties I suggest you get a Charlton 2013. Its got many nickel dollar varieties and our very own spp Ottawa contributed to it. For example there's roughly 14 1974 dollar varieties!
No!, not the newest one, only the 2013 edition has the revised nickel dollar section at the back of the book. The 2012 has silver dollar varieties and both are great references for varieties. Get the newest aswell if you like but it won't have the nickel dollar variety section.
There is also a possible second version of the constitution dollar one being with medal obverse/reverse orientation and one with coinage axis orientation
