This is my first post so I hope you find it interesting enough. I look through a lot of rolls from the bank and occasionally find coins that I think are errors. I purchased the new CherryPickers' Guide and it had a 1996 quarter with die damage around the eye. Has anyone else found one fitting the description in the book. I have two examples that look similar to the one in the book. Are they valuable? I will have pictures up by tomorrow.

I don't know what you're referring to since I don't have a cherry picker's. I'll have to see the pics.

They are die gouges from a scrape made with a tool. No extra value.
