Wow are these a real dissapointment. I bought one while back thinking it would follow the same route as the 20 for 20 and at least keep its value. I cant give this thing away now, not literally but I can get 100 for it.

What are the chances a bank will take this at 100 dollars face?

Banks will take them, many discussions about this already but can be time-consuming.
Actually, with all these question on redeeming Face Values, we could have an official HOW-TO thread for this?

I never did it, but many have already.

I've sold 95% of my 100x100 coins with a profit, even here at CCF sales (and ebay). You should try.

My dissaointment with this series, that imo, except the eagle, the coins poorely done. For $100 I prefer to see nice multy finishes proof coin. The way that acceptable for $20 coin, not valid here. And I remember, I was first, who defended this series prior firts coin published. I sold a couple, almost for issue (didn't target to make a profit), left one for me, and now even this do not want. I can easily to deposit it to the bank....but message me, if you want the Bison for FV in Toronto.

JeyRey, where are you trying to sell them - ebay? There are other places to sell. I have been selling these with no problems at a solid 20% profit

For NCLT coins is it at the discretion of the business whether to accept?

Alex: For ALL currency is at the business discretion, many business don't accept $50 and $100 bills.
