MeadowviewCollector Pillar of the Community United States 4409 Posts	Posted 06/20/2014 7:35 pm Has a type 2 obverse, since the leaf under the S of states is close. 1900 or later My eyes see different dates every time I look at it. 1900, 1903, 1908, 1909.
