It`s just a green bean, the blue is due to the lighting I believe, I`ve seen the golden`s look red etc.

Might be the angle the photo was taken causing it to reflect as blue.

Just depends on the angle. Heres one of mine that flashes blue even though I didnt capture it the most blue it can get.
