The latest Jefferson nickel is incredibly atrocious , and the low relief circulating coins just look and feel so cheap.

The entire presidential series. They are basically glorified subway tokens.

I don't like the obverse of Ikes.
It is a fairly honest design but it is a very hard suject to make it look attractive.

Actually and somewhat contradictorily, I think that generally speaking, U.S. coin design is much better than the World average in terms of artistic merit.

Sailing ships and horses are the easiest non sexist subjects for coin design.

I dislike SBA obverse, but I'm a huge astronomy nut...the reverse of the eagle on the moon is the bees knees! It's a shame the depiction of the moon isn't remotely accurate, but credit for trying. Can't wait for a Mars dollar. (They're coming, mark my words.)

Standard Jefferson nickels 1938-2004. To me they are just a completely boring design. Lincoln memorial pennies are a close second.

To be honest, the original designs of the 1790's coins are pretty bad from a design point of view, but they are so rare they would be my favorite to own!

The whole modern circulation lineup is pretty boring as it is - the only highlight is the small dollars.

ATB Quarters are really quite nice looking, IMO.

The new Shield cent.

I mean, the Mint is getting like Hollywood.

Can't do anything except RE-MAKE old movies because they DO NOT have any imagination any more.

I mean, have you tried to watch the Re-make of 'True Grit' or 'Angel and the Bad man' ?

I don't know how those actor's can face himself in the morning.

If the Duke were around he'd give'em what for I tell ya!

Another vote for Susan B Anthony. Coin is ugly as sin on the obverse.

Except the Union Shield is a far greater representation of what Lincoln stood for than either the Memorial or wheat ears.....just sayin'

Also, the Coen Brothers Reboot of True Grit was WAAAAAY better than the Duke's...

I actually like the Shield cent. To me its a bit more reminiscent of older designs than the trolley car. Although the wheat design is a classic.
