Nice color Darth. The problem with blast white slabs is inability to see details. A coin has to be USED otherwise it's just a medallion.

Thanks! Yeah, this one really stood out to me. It was like it was telling me that I needed to own it. It's going to look really good in my Dansco. I also purchased this 1934-S:

I probably overpaid for her at $35, but I had to rescue her from the jewelry bevel prison she was trapped in. A little acetone bath and well...at least she won't suffer any more abuse.

1926-S, hard to tell tell from the staining and photos.

What do you think she grades?

Thanks!

The 1926-S will not grade as is. Try acetone immersion and if that doesn't clean it up dip it.

It is glue residue on the 26-S. With some effort it should clean up.

Strong obverse strike NumisRob. 1924/1925/1926 Philadelphias are usually the best of the series for appearance. Because they're common you can get superb coins for melt price.

Protip: NOW is a GREAT time to check your local bullion sources for sharp strikes from this common series.
With silver falling through the floor, these seem like a bargain compared to a year or two ago.
Here is a '22-D recently acquired. I see 'tons' of Phila. minted specimens around here, but not that many decent ones from the other two mints.
