I live on the east coast of the U.S. and I search bags of U.S. Cents for errors, so this is the first time I have posted in this forum. I find a few Canadian pennies in most bags and like to save the older ones. I found this tonight and I thought I would share it with you. I know next to nothing about Canadian coins, but I thought this was a nice looking older penny that was worth sharing.

Great find! That's the lowest mintage King George V, only 1M minted. I can't even afford one yet. I think this is worth about $30-40.

Actually the 1925 is the lowest mintage of the George V series , 1923 is considered to be the key and thus more expensive. Your coin is VG , current CCN trends is $28 CDN. Quite a find !
