Hard to say. Given that there's still quite a bit of rim definition left on the obverse, and considerably more reverse detail than the PCGS Photograde PO-1 example, I'm leaning towards FR-2

I have one that has no reverse at all, and the obverse is almost totally gone, all you can see clearly is 1906. But yours is just above mine, so FR-2

Looks Fair. I got one that would grade P-0.5. It is dateless and there is no reverse. PM me if interested.

Concur that this coin would receive a "Details- Damaged" grade as a result of the obverse scratches.

Technical grade would be FR02
