You have the name on that list - there is only one (quite large) portrait on the coin.
The type can be seen on the Wildwinds site. Now it should really be easy.

Yes, it's Romanus I   AE Follis minted in Constantinople by Romanus I - Sear#1760 Obverse: RWMAN BAS-ILEVS RWM around bust facing, bearded, wearing crown and chlamys holding labarum and globe Reverse: +R WMA / NENTHEW BA / SILEVS RW / M A IWN The coin was overminted over Sear#1729 of Leo VI, while on the obverse only traces are visible (including the streaks across the face and the +RWM of the legend), the reverse shows quite some of the reverse legend from Leo VI (nearly straight upside dwon): [+L]EO[N] / [EN THE]O [BA] / S[I]LEVS [R] / [O]M[EO]N |

Wow you had me going on this one. Now it's my turn. This next coin while in the style of a Byzantine trachy it's not. It was influenced by the Byzantines but a different Kingdom. This one will keep you busy for a while, maybe.  |

Now you have a reason to get one!  Let me take your hint to indicate that it is not one of the usual states (like Nicaea) mentioned together with the Byzantines, but rather Bulgaria (or similar). Starting to pull another strand of hair out.  |
