Macrinus.
Never been to Europe though one side of my family came from Aveano in Naples. spent many years in Asia and Southeast Asia. Lived in Japan and the Philippines. In fact my wife of 43 years is from the Philippines.

@Echizento Cool. My father is from the states and my mother is from Spain, we lived in Spain for about 14 years ( until the economy died) Now we are in the states  I am sorry but so far all guesses have been wrong. Hint- He was Emperor after 250 CE |

@ 'echizento', seems be the time to plan a nice trip to Rome and Istanbul then. Let's stay close to the suggested time then: Trebonianus Gallus?  Should have typed faster it seems. Replace my guess with Macrianus then. Edited by Medieval
