I found this at a local antique store (yesterday), along with 2 merc. Dimes, A holed large cent, 2 1918, 1919 Canada Dimes and a few foreign coins $6.00 out the door. I had no idea what it was until I spent 20 min at the online coin reference site (E-Bay). I think is cool looking.

I am thinking of starting a holed type set. I have seen quite a few holed coins lately for cheap.
Mmmmm... I love that Victoria piece. I have the shilling and the sixpence for that year, and am desperately wanting the others to make a set. That's a lucky find indeed! Maybe I should check out some of the antique stores here. ^^;
Many times antique stores have a box of old coins you can sort through and find some real treasures...if they've made it to the glass cases, then it's too late!
I like the Victoria. Last week I was browsing through a pile of old shillings and picked up an 1820 for $4. Now here's a coin the size of a quarter, yet any bust quarter from that period would sell for 25x more in the same condition. One's silver bullion, the other's highly collectable. So it goes.
