nalaberong Pillar of the Community Canada 2805 Posts	Posted 03/11/2015 6:37 pm It's a "Fat Man Dollar" from the Republic of China featuring Yuan Shi-Kai. These coins are some of the most commonly faked in the world. However, yours does not look like an obvious fake to me. Other members here know a lot more about detecting fakes - but try sticking a magnet to the coin (magnets will stick to the worst fakes, made of iron. Real silver is not magnetic) and posting its weight (although of course the hole will affect your results). Report this Post to the Staff

I am 99.99% sure it is real I just don't know much about it, history as for year and also value. Report this Post to the Staff
