That is the way I write up the holders of all of my Roman coins, but I also include date of purchase and price paid,

for example: "May 06, $200".
I keep all of the invoice information on hard copy, under separate cover, for records and security purposes, for coins with a value of over about $50.

I buy about 95% of my coins in small markets normally in lots of six to twenty coins so I never know exactly how much cost that coin...
