My dad happened to look into the tip jar while buying something and he thought it looked silver, he put in a dollar and pulled out the quarter. I don't know how he recognized it as silver, it was reverse side up and he is not that big of a collector at all. Maybe he recognized the color because I always show him my coins.

I cant train any of my family because they simply don't care about my hobby, even if they actually listened to me they still wouldn't do what your dad did. Anyway so what are your plans for it

Keep it in my junk tube. But it will always hold a special place in my junk tube. Keep it till I die. That is what I am doing with all my coins.
