ok I have a 1936 Buffalo nickel, but it appears to be two nickels bonded together, and the reverse of the Buffalo, is mounded and smooth almost no detail at all , if someone could let me know how to load up a picture I have several of the coin in question,

If you can't download the photo, try describing your coin as best as possible. A detailed explanation may not be perfect but better than nothing.

If you have pictures saved on computer then just click reply to post and upload images, there is a free CCF image optimizer also if your pictures are not correctly fitted. Jeff

The seam between the two buffaloes shouldn't look like that if it were a brockage. It almost looks cast of welded...

If it weighs 5g, then it is definitely fake or PMD. If it were a true brockage and two coins were fused, then the entire thing would weigh 10g, or the weight of two Buffalo nickels. As is, looks like two halves of a coin were fused together to make a strange concoction of a coin.

It almost looks like a combination of two errors that was then abused afterward. It looks like a partial collar strike struck through a late stage capped die. But then something/someone beat up the reverse.

I seen one that looked exactly the way mine does only it's a small picture and you may only barely be able to see it. I will try to upload it here in a bit
