Both sets of photos are very nice, with the seller photos being perhaps more flattering. They minimize some of the marks like the dark streak on Liberty's jaw and the fingerprint in the upper left obverse field. Your photos show both those features clearly.
Nice original toning IMO, with scuffs and contact marks consistent with an MS-63 grade. The slight weakness on the breast feathers looks like a typical New Orleans strike issue.
63/64 tuff to tell. Beautiful toning but I'm leaning more towards envelope rather than canvas bag. Too bad about the fingerprints but at least they don't distract too much
Nice luster, toning and eye appeal, but there appears to be a number of marks on the cheek and left obverse field to drop the grade to a MS-62, but sometimes the graders on these nice toned coins will give a market grade, so I would not be surprised up to MS 64.
