Hi All,
What grade would you give this coin? I'm unsure?

I'd be onboard with VF details as well, might get a double whammy of cleaned and damaged. But don't submit it just to find out.

Why is everyone saying cleaned? Does this not looked like a "repaired" polished or whizzed coin to anybody else? How the flat "wear" is so uniform and the bag marks have smooth edges. My 89cc is a vf "repaired" coin and looks similar
