Partial steps at that...I don't know how it got to get a MS64FS grade... Wondering what you guys think? A 1961 MS64FS nickel is incredibly rare yet alone a MS65FS

I was just looking around in the set registry for some 3 cent silver collections, to see if anyone had done a full UNC+ set and turns out there have been three sets done MS64/65-68+ and then I figured I'd go take a look at Jefferson's and found that...

Well Mr. Drewes of Lehigh (I suspect). There is no way that 1961 in that set (Storm's) is FS. How can such things be reported?
Rest in Peace

I can't really see enough of the left side of the steps to tell for sure.
