Honing your Washington quarter grading skills? This 1950-S Washington might be a good way to practice.

It's a DDR (FS-801) - hard to see in the pictures, but the leaves and bottom of the arrow shafts are doubled. Attributed on the holder. A crescent of deep amber toning on the obverse crowning George, and a mostly white reverse.

PCGS & CAC have looked at it; what's the CCF grade opinion?

The pictures are a little bleached out, but I'll say MS-64.

It might, most likely, but then I'd be out the CAC.

Not enough price differential 64->65 to warrant the expense, and I don't plan on reselling it, anyway.
