There is a consistant look to the cents you are posting. This leads me to believe that all of them have been cleaned or colored. Did you purchase all of them from the same person?

I agree, usually the mint luster stays longest around the devices/lettering, but this one is losing it around them. Maybe cleaned?

I purchased all of them from my LCS. I agree this one was cleaned and warrants a details grade, but the other ones don't appear cleaned to me.
The questions about color on them are due to my lack of photography skills and being able to get the color of the coin properly represented in the photo
