My lowest mintage coin is nothing great at all. 1993S nickel. I dont buy coins I just look through rolls and metal detect. I'm bound to find something good metal detecting. I just started metal detecting this yr.

Wait, I do have a small silver German coin, circa 1820 (or was it 1840?)... It's unlikely there was 45k of those minted. Probably 10k is stretching it. Dang... wish I knew the mintage. I might actually have one lower than most here! But then it is obscure and low demand, so it would never be worth even what the 08/07 ASE will.

If we are talking about a classic coin then it would have to be my 1899 0 $10 gold eagle mintage is 37,047.
