It's a 'steel' cent it's starting to corrode a bit so, not worth that much in that condition...sorry.

XF details strange corrosion or just a complete replating ( PMD) failure.

It's certainly damaged in some way or another apart from the rust. I'd put it at around $0.15-$0.20.
