You bet guys - I figure since they are already 'impaired', a little soap and water couldn't make matters worse. I was quite surprised that much of the luster was still there after a wash. Here's what happened when I cleaned that mini silver bar I found a few weeks back.   |

The 1950 slot is empty in mine as well. I am currently at 156/176.

I've found 1 silver in the last 3 weeks / 6 boxes  But I did find this one 2 weeks ago. This is the 2nd 1883 with cents V nickel I have found. My first one came out of my2nd box I ever searched. I have always had a great first box for each denomination I have tried and then it dries up quickly after that.   My first 1883 found   |

Very nice coins!
My buff has been in vinegar since yesterday afternoon, but I don't see any progress. I added a bit more hydrogen peroxide today, so hopefully I can get a date. I think it's a D, but I can't be sure.

I'm doing some pickling myself Numisma. Almost done with the first box and it's a good one. Many Buffalo but unlike last year, half are dateless (hence the need to pickle the nickels).
