Here is a lot of silver coins from a seller in France that is currently below spot. I just bought a coin and can no longer afford this lot, so if you want to bid on it, please bid the next increment as I bid the bare minimum.

Yes he does, for €24. Melt is $75, while the current bid plus shipping is $70.
