I think this is a match for 1930P-1DR-001 on coppercoins. OBV markers seem to match but I can't really make out the RVS markers

Great find. Wasn't too long ago I saw a post that elongated dots in EPU on the reverse are a dead give away to a doubled die. Bingo on this one.

Note the die gouge behind the 19:

It matches the 1930P-1DR-001 on the coppercoins image. (coppercoins calls this a die crack, but it looks too straight and full to be a die crack to me) Looks like the same die as CONECA shows on the E-disk:
1930 DDR-001, 1-R-VI (It has the same mark on that area)
