I found this in a roll of mixed '64s. I need some help attributing it. It isn't an exact match to either of the 1964-D varieties.

Or is it just more Machine Doubling?

if your look here Richard's Roosevelt review website you can see some great reference for the silver year dime varieties

while your example does appear to be MD if you look at page below you will see some examples you would also almost think are MD but are actual doubling. If you look back and both between your example

Here is a DDR for that same year and mint mark. Note how the hub doubling enlarges the devices.
