hello, I posted this coin before, and got some general info, but not exact on who minted this coin/medallion, front has writing #1093;#1072;#1074;#1072;#1088;#1086;#1074;#1089;#1082;#1080;#1081; #1082;#1088;#1072;#1081;, and bear emblem. on the back there are two silver stamps. one showing a hammer and sickle in a star, next to a .925 silver stamp, and the other reading, 190KS in a rectangular stamp. it is numbered in hand written, 076, I can only guess it had a mintage of 500-1000. thank you guys in advance.
