Sometimes I scare myself, buying coins without doing some
research, then going back and buying.

I did look at a guide that shows a die mark that helps
identify a authentic coins. And the owner said I can
return if I send it in.

Not a high grade coins, but a empty hole in my album.

Yeah, it has the right die markers for the business strike obverse die. Obverse is VG10 and reverse is G04 so I would net it VG8 and probably a details coin for obvious reasons. Still a nice hole filler.

With all the marks and wear I'd grade it a G-6.

Thanks all for posting opinions.

Pretty much the same thing I am thinking this coin is.

I do think next time ANACS has a good promotion I will send this one
in with some of my other low grade Morgan's. Them break them out
and tape the labels on last page.

I am curious about some of the 1894's I looked up on ebay today.
Some of them looked better grade than this one for around the same
I paid ...or less.... I am thinking there might be a lot of fake 1894's out there.

with G-06 opinion. A hole filled is a hole earned.

Agree with G-6 details, scratched. Obverse is a strong VG but the reverse is G-4 at best.
