rmpsrpms Pillar of the Community United States 4038 Posts	Posted 03/16/2016 11:03 pm Looks like the 28mm and 100mm are a good match. Often these combos have a lot of vignetting. Do you have the 100mm set to infinity focus? That is the "normal" way to "stack" lenses, and gives the best performance since both lenses are working at infinity. agord New Member Canada 12 Posts	Posted 03/16/2016 11:50 pm I just used the macro to focus, doesn't seem to make much difference weather the focus is set to 10' or infinity, as long as the tip of the 28mm lens ends up slightly over an inch from the coin. This is one of the old macros that changes length as it focuses. Had to set the 28 wide open (f2.8) and open the 100mm to at least f4 to minimize the vignetting.
