I am currently putting together a set of slabbed, Full Torch Roosevelt dimes, and many of the dates are a bit tough to find. For 1968 (Philadelphia) NGC has graded 35 @ MS66FT, 14 @ MS67FT with none higher. PCGS has 45 @ MS66FB, 8 @ MS67FB with none higher. I was able to pick up a 1968 Mint Set with this coin, what are your thoughts? If it will grade 66FT or better, I think it will make the list for an NGC submission.

I'm seeing about 3 very tiny issues that could prevent this coin from grading MS-69 .
my call, MS67 all day .

This could get 67FT.
At least 66+FT.
But 68 is not likely.

I'm seeing about 4 contact spots on the obv.. They will probably be tuff on this coin, since it's a harder issue..NGC is tougher on the vertices bars too? It's going to be borderline from what I see.. I see this in a solid 66..
