Hello All, the item below is ~18 mm in diameter, looks like silver, and origin should be in Asia or eastern Europe. Will greatly appreciate your help!

From the type of coins I've seen this is more likely Central Asia.
Here are a few links of coins that are sort of similar, unfortunately I couldn't find anything that matches.

These are the same size - 18mm and silver and have the same rough patterning / dots.

The left image reminds me of some coins from the Yemen region. I read the date as AH1208 (793-1794).

The right image looks like some coins from Iran of the period. Rupi KM 612a for example.
