Hi , I just got this one. Struggling on VAM 6. Wish paint had a finer line that is straight. Also the clear area over the M has me confused. Grade AU_? Thanks all for the help. AG DIG

Hi, grade is xf details and the clear area over the M is gunk, probably glue. A soak in acetone should dissolve and remove it.

Oh, the VAM. It's either 5, 6, 8 or 8a. Unfortunately detail and pics are lacking for these on VAM world. If you see doubling under the upper crossbar of the 1 then it's VAM 5, of libertys face profile is doubled then VAM 8, if you see the profile doubling & a clash in the hair V area it's VAM 8a... if you see no doubling on the 1 or profile it's VAM 6.

Your pics are not up to par to conclusively VAM the coin BUT I think I se profile doubling so that puts it at VAM 8 and I also *think* I see a possible clashed at the hair V area so I'm thinking it's most likely VAM 8a... 90% sure it's at least VAM 8 though. Tuff to tell about the clash from these pics though. Hope this helps
