You guys are getting close! It's a glass of scotch on an oak table, shot from directly overhead. Ok, so I pushed it a little but at least it was round.

So I had the glass, viewed from the wrong end.

It appears to be an ornate crank handle... Maybe a sewing machine or coffee grinder?

@nfine Throw enough things out there and you're bound to get the right answer. Yes, it's an access cover plate on the back of an antique singer sewing machine.

Nice one. Can you add a pic of the rev?

That is pretty cool @petef! Thx for adding it to this thread. Here is an object for your inspection. If you google the inscription you will find it quickly, but if not then your clues are that it is made on Boggy Meadow Farm and there is an amorphous surface stain on the rev.

Good guess @jbuck since I didn't list any dimensions. However, it is only about 32 mm in diameter, so it would have to be a drink coaster for shot glasses. I thought that it looks much like some of the wooden nickels that I have, but it is a bit of bling added to the packaging for Boggy Meadow cheese. That stain is discoloration from the adhesive used to attach it to the plastic wrapper.

Oh, I see, it is inside the cheese wrapper.
