Some explanation on the Round 8 coin ... I have readily admitted that amongst my collecting interests is lowball coins ... with a particular passion for honestly circulated examples of the classic silver commemorative set. There exists a 50 page or so thread on the CCF documenting my long-term search for circulated classic silver commemorative ... and the 1925 Norse Medal is considered by many (myself included) to be a worthy example to pursue in such a set. My MS classic silver commemorative set notwithstanding ... the R8 coin was an outstanding opportunity for me to acquire for my collection a truly rare 'coin' ... one that was not intended for circulation but rather acquired it's wear as a favored pocket piece by someone for many years ... imagine the stories it can tell.  The R8 coin is the current certified PCGS honest lowball ... 1925 Norse Medal - PCGS FR02 I'm thrilled with it ... and hopeful that someday lowball collecting becomes a bit more mainstream David |

Well at least I didn't guess high.Kicking myself here, as $188 was my first guess. Then I researched the value of the coin in it's worn condition.
