You got that out of a vending machine? I don't know the machine was able to handle an odd sized coin like that.

They are the same diameter as a modern dime.

For some reason I had it in my head that the 3CN was a tad bigger (a full 18 mm), but you are right, it is 17.9 mm just like the dime.
