I was looking through my world coins and assigning each one a country when I came about these 10. Could not figure out the countries of these. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

#7 isn't Morocco; Morocco uses "Western" numerals, and the numbers I can make out on that coin all look "Arabic".

I believe it's a 1 pound from Syria.

Thanks guys. Just to make sure, here is a upclose photo of #7. Also, stupid question, but what does KM and the numbers after it stand for?:

It's a Krause and Mishler cataloging number. If you pick up a Krause World Coin Price guide you will see a KM# series for each coin series of a given country.

Thanks, so basically its just an ID number for the coin. Also, do you happen to know if the coin that I posted above is indeed one from Syria or not?

As Sap stated earlier it is definitely from Syria and is 1 pound. They made that particular coin in 1968 & 1971
