Hi guys, how are you today?ok, I have a coin in my possesion. Its beonze/copper, its about 1mm less in diameter than a typical US dollar coin.its asian in origin,i can tell by the calligraphy/text(or whatever they call it.) on one side it has " Hu Poo" and "20 cash"
and a long oriental dragon with claws.on the other side it has 12 symbols(asian text) around the border, and 4 asian text symbols in the center.I may be wrong about this, and it may be a shot in the dark, but I believe it may be from vietnam, because its my grandfathers and he was in the vietnam war, and I know hes taken several things back from there.but also,he has traveled all around the world, so I could be wrong.another thing about it thats very strange is that there is no date on it,and its not "worn off",it really doest have a date on it............does anyone have any clue where this coin is from and what its worth

I assume it looks more like this one on zeno.ru. That's the ones Conder101 describes. There are several varieties listed in the Krause catalogue of world coins, varying in price in Fine condition from $1 to $50. Without seeing a pic, we won't be able to tell which variety it is, or what condition it's in.

I believe "Hu Poo" means "Ministry of Finance", the Imperial government authority that issued the coin.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
