This coin commemorates President Eisenhower and also the first man landing on the moon and the Bicentennial of the United States of America This coin was designed by Frank Gasparro and Dennis R. Williams. Frank Gasparro's initials can be found on the truncation of Eisenhower's head. Dennis R. William's initials can be found below the Liberty Bell on the reverse.
